You remain the owner of the photos you upload. However, by uploading photos to public areas of the app (such as the Global Hunt Map, Global Feed, or public profiles), you grant "Garage Prime" a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, copy, display, and distribute these images within the platform's features (e.g., as global model placeholders or catalog assets), even if you subsequently delete your account.

You can stop using the app and delete your account and all associated personal data at any time via the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and wipes all inventory logs from our active servers. We reserve the right to terminate service or suspend accounts for any reason at our sole discretion.

Sie können die Nutzung der App jederzeit beenden und Ihr Konto sowie alle damit verbundenen persönlichen Daten über die App-Einstellungen löschen. Die Kontolöschung ist dauerhaft und löscht alle Inventarprotokolle von unseren aktiven Servern. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Dienst einzustellen oder Konten nach eigenem Ermessen zu sperren.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes is strictly Uster (Zürich), Switzerland.
