1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the use of the "Garage Prime" mobile application and web platform. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Purpose of the App & Collector Tools

"Garage Prime" is an independent digital tool designed for 1:64 die-cast and Hot Wheels enthusiasts to scan, catalog, and showcase their physical model collection, track Case Mixes (A–Q), participate in daily quests, and compare automotive telemetry specs side-by-side.

3. Telemetry Specs & Gamification Disclaimer

Automotive telemetry specifications (such as engine output, top speed, acceleration) and AI-generated trivia are provided for entertainment, cataloging, and Car Compare purposes. While we strive for realistic data based on actual real-world production models, specifications may vary from real-life automotive data and are not guaranteed to be legally binding technical datasheets.

4. Peer-to-Peer Collector Marketplace (Trading)

The in-app collector marketplace facilitates private barter and trade communication between collectors. Garage Prime does not process payments, does not act as a merchant or escrow provider, and bears no responsibility for physical shipment or agreements made between individual users.

5. User Conduct, Photos & Community Database

Users retain copyright of their self-captured die-cast photos. By uploading content, users warrant that their submissions do not violate any third-party copyrights or applicable laws. Submissions to the community database grant Garage Prime a perpetual, non-exclusive license to catalog and display model metadata for the benefit of all collectors.

6. Voluntary Support ("Ko-fi")

Garage Prime is an independent passion project. Financial tips and donations made via external platforms (such as Ko-fi) are strictly voluntary gratuities to support hosting and development. They do not constitute an equity investment, subscription contract, or guarantee of future features, and are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Uster / Zurich, Switzerland.
